how do i see my token balance and usage?

your token balance shows in the sidebar, and full detail lives under billing.

• balance: the sidebar shows tokens remaining, for example '184 / 500'.
• activity: billing's 'recent token activity' lists every grant, purchase and spend with a running balance, so you can see exactly where tokens went.
