how does the queue decide what posts when?
each persona has its own queue and its own recurring posting schedule. a video added to the queue posts at that persona's set times, in order.
when you 'add to queue', a video drops into the next open slot for that persona: the soonest upcoming time that doesn't already have a post. add several and they fill the slots one after another.
change a persona's slot times on its posting schedule screen and that queue follows them.
