why isn't a source pulling new items?
if a source stops bringing in new items, it usually shows an 'error' status in red.
- 1open the source and check its fetch history: repeated 'failed' entries point to a feed that's down or has changed its url.
- 2choose 'pull now' to retry. a successful pull clears the error and the source goes active again.
- 3if it keeps failing, the feed url may have moved: remove the source and re-add it with the current url.
a paused source won't pull either, so check its active switch is on.
