the words you'll see across dibs, in plain language.

  • persona: an on-camera character (its face, voice and look) that stars in your videos.
  • source: a place dibs pulls material from: an rss feed or your own uploaded clips, docs and images.
  • idea: a single thing worth posting about, pulled from a source or captured by hand, then summarized by ai.
  • brief: the spec for one video: an idea plus a persona, a format, a script, on-screen text and a caption.
  • deliverable: a finished, rendered video in your library.
  • format: the style of video: reaction, talking-ugc or slideshow.
  • the queue: your recurring posting slots; 'add to queue' drops a post into the next open one.
  • token: the unit you spend to generate personas, briefs and videos.
  • workspace: your team's account, with its own members, billing and content.
