you create a persona from the personas screen.

• create with ai: describe the persona in plain language and dibs generates the face, voice and look for you. this is the fastest route.
• build it yourself: fill in every detail: name, vertical, bio, audience, voice and tone, example captions, appearance (face, body, hair, skin) and the shot (wardrobe, camera, pov, scene).

either way, dibs then trains the persona's identity so it stays consistent across every video. you can fine-tune any detail afterward.
