it's one click. dibs renders a set of reference portraits: closeups for reaction videos, mid-shots for talking-ugc and wide shots for slideshows: and the persona shows 'training' while it works.

training takes a few minutes. when it's done the persona turns live and is ready to cast in a brief. you can redo training any time if the look drifts.
