what does the persona status (live / paused / training) mean?

every persona shows one of three statuses.

• training: dibs is building or rebuilding the persona's identity; it can't be used just yet.
• live: ready to use; it can be cast in briefs and assigned to an account.
• paused: set aside; it won't appear as an option for new briefs until you reactivate it.
