why does my persona look inconsistent between videos?
a persona's consistency comes from its trained identity. if a video looks off-model, the fix is to rebuild that identity.
- 1open the persona and check its reference images still match the look you want.
- 2regenerate the identity: this re-renders the reference set so future videos stay on-model.
- 3generate the video again from its brief.
edits you make in preview & adjust keep a version history, so you can roll back to an earlier look if a change took it the wrong way.
